Meeting Minutes, March 9, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The clerk read the February minutes and treasurers reports which were approved as read.
Dick Morino from Kraemer Co. was first with a request for the board to approve a special exemption permit for renewal of the Quarry Permit. Ron Lins made a motion to send a letter to Sauk Co. Planning & Zoning approving the Special Exemption Permit for Renewal for the Quarry Permit for Kraemer Co. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Halsey Sprecher made a motion to add Kim Steuber to the Election workers list. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to put a class B road posting on Old Bluff Trail from Prairie Road to Highway 60 for the spring thaw season. John Lichtenheld seconded motion. Motion passed.
The board then decided to inspect town roads at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 8, 2004.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to hold the Annual Financial Meeting at 7:30 pm on April 13, 2004. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Then Ron Lins informed the board that the Ambulance Commission is looking into building a new building.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm.
