Meeting Minutes, June 9, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.
Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda after adding Dennis Bender's Development. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Clerk read the May minutes and Treasurers report which were approved as read.
Ardell Passehl then asked the board for approval of a C.S.M., Driveway permit and site approval for a new house. John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Ardells C.S.M. RonLins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Ardells driveway permit. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Ardells site plan. Halsey Sprecher seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Tim Stieve from Sauk County Emergency Comm. talked to the board about the possibility of putting a communication tower on property off of Old Hwy O.
Next, Dennis Bender requested board approval to create 3 lots on land he owns off of Hwy 60. The board requested Dennis to put together a map showing his plans for present and future developments for that area. The board wants to see where the roads go and how many lots Dennis wants to create and the size of those lots.
Next, the board decided to start proceeding towards closure of part of Baum Road.
Next, the board decided to put a cement cap on the Guilding Road Bridge to repair the surface.
Next, the board decided to set up discussions with the Villages to work out Boundary Agreements.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to lease a tractor to finish mowing town ditches. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
