Meeting Minutes, August 14, 2007
TOWN OF PRAIRIE DU SAC BOARD MINUTES FOR JULY 10, 2007 -----------------------------------------------------
Chairman Ron Lins called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the agenda. Tom Schneller seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld requested that June minutes be changed to show that Police Chief Strunz came before the Board to inform them of the reasons behind the police shooting range request that is before the Sauk County Board of Appeals. The Date set for the appeal is June 28, 2007. The Board acknowledged the appeal hearing and sent a form letter with comments to Sauk County Planning and Zoning. Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the June minutes and treasurers reports with the requested changes. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Art Mueller requested approval for a building permit for a new house for his son. The Board told Art he must go before the Town's L.U.C. with his request for their approval, and then return to the Board with his request.
Next Kathy Ziegler-Amyx requested Board approval for building, site, and driveway permits. The Board told Kathy she must go before the Town's L.U.C. with her requests first. She must also get a C.S.M. done showing the location of the driveway easement. After that she can bring her requests before the Board.
Next the Board and members of the Town's L.U.C. discussed changes to the Town's Driveway Ordinance. No decisions were made.
Next the Board approved the following operator licenses.
Mandie Renner- Motion by Murphy, Second by Lundgren, passed . Laurie Johnson- Motion by Murphy, Second by Lichtenheld, passed. Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to spend $6,707.17 in July checks. Tom Schneller seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to adjourn. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 9:45pm.
