Meeting Minutes, 14 Dec, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.
Chairman Halsey Sprecher requested the board add a Tower Request from Sauk Co. Planning and Zoning to the meeting agenda. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda with the Tower addition. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The clerk read the November minutes and Treasurers reports, which were approved as, read.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve ordinance 2004-08, creating a 5-member town board. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to have Attorney Glen Reynolds letter regarding the town boards denial of the Bender development request, read at the Bender Public Hearing before the Sauk County Planning and Zoning Committee on December 28, 2004. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to hold the Towns Caucus on January 11, 2005 at 7:30 pm. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the board discussed a C.S.M. request and a Communication Tower request from Sauk Co. Planning and Zoning. They want to put a new tower up near the Coop County Partners buildings along Highway 60. Halsey , Sprecher made a motion to approve Sauk Co. Planning and Zonings C.S.M. request and their Tower request. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed with John Lichtenheld abstaining.
Next, Dick Nolden reported to the board about the new Pacer road rating system coming out from WDOT.
Next, Halsey Sprecher made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
