Meeting Minutes, 14 November, 2006
Supervisor Ron Lins called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Chairman Halsey Sprecher and Supervisor John Licthenheld were absent. Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the agenda. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the minutes and treasurers reports as written. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the John and Sharon Wyttenbach C.S.M. as presented. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to table making a decision on purchasing hall air conditioning until the January 2007 Board meeting. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the 2007 Town Budget with the changes made during the Budget meeting included. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to send a copy of the regulations of junk vehicles ordinance to the Town Plan Commission for review and recommendations. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to send a copy of the Village of Prairie Du Sac sale of vehicles letter to Vicki Breunig Sauk City Administrator and encourage her to send a similar letter to the owner of the old Gathering Restaurant lot. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to install yellow 45mph advisorary signs on Sauk Prairie Road west of Highway 12. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Dave Lundgren made a motion to bill Amanda Hish and Alberto Torres for M.E.I. building violation charges related to the building of their new house. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to spend $6,111.37 on November checks. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
