Meeting Minutes, November 13, 2007
Chairman Ron Lins called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Ron Lins made a request to add Janell Jaquist to the agenda. Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the agenda with the requested addition. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Tom Schneller made a motion to approve the October minutes and treasurers reports as written. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Richard Talamege talked to the Board about large truck traffic on Exchange Road. The Board said the Clerk would send letters to manure and milk haulers asking them to be extra careful when driving on Exchange Road.
Next Dave Lundgren made a motion to adopt the new Land Division ordinance 2007-03 and the new Driveway Ordinance 2007-04. Tom Schneller seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to adopt the 2008 Budget as presented with a mill rate of $1.41. Tom Schneller seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Janell Jaquist talked to the Board about Project Recovery which helps people deal with damages from disasters.
Next the Board asked the Clerk to look up the cable agreement with Merrimac Communications so the Board can discuss it at the December meeting.
Next Tom Schneller made a motion to spend $5,141.35 in November checks. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Tom Murphy made a motion to adjourn. Tom Schneller seconded the motion. Motion passed.
