Meeting Minutes, March 13, 2007
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Supervisors Dave Lundgren and Tom Murphy were absent. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Ron Lins made a motion to approve the February minutes and treasurers reports as written. Halsey Sprecher seconded the motion. Motion passed.
First on the agenda was Dave Zwettler from Rural Insurance who talked to the Board about the Towns insurance coverage.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve Resolution 2007-02. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed. This Resolution concerning BAAP groundwater had been discussed at the February Board meeting.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve both a building permit and a driveway permit for Jim VandeHey. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to table making a decision on the Land Use Ordinance changes until the April Board meeting. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve a Liquor License for the Airport Fly-in on June 23, 2007. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to use 5 election workers at the April 3, 2007 election. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to set the Annual Financial meeting for April 10, 2007 at 7:00pm. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve spending $33,823.36 in March checks. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
