Meeting Minutes, 13 July, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.
Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda after adding Baum Road to it. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Clerk read the June minutes and Treasurers report which were approved as read.
Residents from the Windings asked the board to approve a resolution that keeps their wells free from contaminants from Badger Ammunition Plant pollutions. Ron Lins made a motion to approve Resolution 2004-6 supporting the request. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, the board decided to wait for Dennis Benders completed development plans before discussing the development. John Lichtenheld made a motion to have the clerk send Mr. Bender a letter reiterating the board’s wishes as spelled out in the board minutes of June 9, 2004. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to hold a public hearing at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 10, 2004 to discuss the L.U.C. Ordinance Change recommendations and to hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm the same night to discuss a petition to close part of Baum Road. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve Dave Dueholms bid of $6600.00 for the next year’s assessor’s duties for the Town of Prairie du Sac. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, the board approved the following liquor and operators license.
Ron Lins made a motion to approve a liquor license for Sauk Prairie Trap & Skeet Club. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Operators license for James Maginnis. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Operators Licenses for William Skinner, William Billhorn, Toad Meyer, Rodney Heienz, Ralph Blum and Robert Hutter. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve a liquor license for the Buck Snort Saloon. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve a cigarette license for Buck Snort Saloon. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve a Operators License for Sindee Steuber. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Ron Lins made a motion top approve an Operators license for Mary Osborn. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
