Meeting Minutes, January 13, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passedThe clerk read the December minutes and treasurers reports which were approved as read.
First up was a discussion on New Land Use Ordinance changes. The board and LUC will get this work done in the near future.
Next, the board decided to have the clerk do a survey of surrounding Towns on fees charged for building permits.
Next, the board decided to attend the WTA District Meeting on Saturday 2-21-04.
The board then discussed airport events and Halsey said that he had been subpoenaed for a deposition concerning the airport.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to send $2400.00 to Sauk Prairie Recreation. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Ron Lins then made a motion to have 3 election workers for the February 17, 2004 election. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed
