Meeting Minutes, 13 Apr, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 5:10 pm. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The clerk read the March minutes and treasurers reports which were approved as read.
First to speak was Duane Woerpel requesting board approval to split his lot on Rahl Road so he could possibly sell the second lot. John Lichtenheld made a motion to set up a Public Hearing, concerning Duane Woerpel's request, for Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 7:00 pm. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Kerry Klitzke requested a building permit for a 30' x 40' garage to be built on his lot in Har-Low Acres. John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve a building permit for Kerry Klitzke to build a 30' x 40' garage with height not to exceed the county regulations. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, John Lightenheld made a motion to approve an Agricultural Driveway Permit for Dave Weiss, located off of Otter Creek Road, at a safe distance from the intersection with Old Bluff Trail. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, the board decided to bid out road work for Otter Creek Road, Guilding Road, and Richolson Road along with chip sealing the south end of Skunk Valley Road. Next, the board set the Board of Review date For Tuesday, May 25, 2004 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Next, the board decided to send Paul Loeber a letter telling him to remove the gate on Baum
Road. Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
