Meeting Minutes, DECEMBER 12, 2006
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Ron Lins made a motion to approve the November minutes and treasurers reports as written. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed with Halsey Sprecher and John Lichtenheld abstaining.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to give the Town's Plan Commission's draft of recommended new ordinance changes to the Town's attorney Steve Roy for review, and to set a Public Hearing date to discuss the recommended changes for February 13, 2007 at 6:30p.m. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve Richard Nolden, Dennis Porter, Ted Harris, Kleo Harris, Viola Gruber, Jennifer Sawle, and John VandeHey as full time election workers, and Laura Nolden, Carol Ellingson, Kim Steuber and Judy Allen as alternate election workers for the Town. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to set the Town's Caucus date for January 9, 2007 at 7:00p.m. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve spending $23,676.32 in December checks. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to adjourn. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
