Meeting Minutes, 11 July, 2006
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Supervisor John Lichtenheld was absent.
Tom Murphy reguested that a recreation report be added to the agenda. Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the agenda with addition of recreation report. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the minutes and treasurers reports as written. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
First item on the agenda was the assessor's bid. Ron Lins made a motion to approve Dave Dueholm's assessor bid of 7,000.00 dollars for the 2006/2007 year. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve the Mark Bender Development that was approved by the Town Land Use Commission with one exception, and that is the building of cul-de-sacs in place of a road going all the way thru from US Highway 60 to Old Bluff Trail. Halsey Sprecher seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next the Board opened a seal coating bid from Scott Construction. Tom Murphy made a motion to seal coat the following roads.
Harlow Acres with coated seal coat on Center Road, Schroeder Road, Dam Heights and Dam Roads at a cost of $38,578.70. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Tom Murphy made a motion to raise the rates on Liquor, Cigarette, and Operator Licenses starting in 2007. The new rates will be 300.00 for Liquor, $50.00 for Cigarette, and $20.00 for Operators. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the Board approved the following licenses.
