Meeting Minutes, 11 October, 2005
Chairman Halsey Spreeher called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm Supervisor Ron Los was absent and Supervisor Tom Murphy came at 8:00 pm. Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the Septembers minutes and Treasurers reports as written. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
John Lichtenheld made a motion to set the Annual Budget meeting for 7.00 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. Halsey Spreeher seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, Halsey Spreeher informed the board that the Public Hearing for the Joint Comprehensive Plan was set for 7:00 pm. on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at Grand Avenue School Theater.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve spending $77,661.97 for October. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
