Meeting Minutes, 11 January, 2005
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Supervisor John Lichtenheld asked to add a discussion of the Comprehensive Plan to the agenda. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda with the addition of the Comprehensive Plan to it. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the clerk read the December minutes and Treasurers reports which were approved as read.
The Board started by deciding to talk to the Sauk Prairie Recreation Dept. about when they wanted the Towns budgeted money.
Next, the board discussed the Towns Comprehensive Plan but didn't make any decisions.
Ron Lins then made a motion to have Prairie Plumbing & Heating install a new Water Filter system in the Town Hall. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, the board decided to put together spec.'s for bidding out a new tractor.
Joe Constanza from MEI then updated the board on things happening with building inspections and also gave the board a request for an increase in his rates. The Board will decide on the new rates at the February meeting.
Next Dick Nolden gave the board a list of roads showing the ones that will need to be worked on in 2005.
