Meeting Minutes, January 10, 2006
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Tom Murphy asked to add a discussion of the Sauk Prairie Recreation Budget to the agenda. Tom Murphy made a motion to approve the agenda with the recreation budget added to it. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the December minutes and treasurers reports as written. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed. The Board next discussed the Sauk Prairie Recreation Department future money amount commitments and a time frame for signing a Recreation Agreement with the department. No decision was made.
Next the Board discussed the latest edition of the Joint Comprehensive Plan and the appointment of a committee to work with the villages on the final plan. Tom Murphy made a motion to have John Lichtenheld, Ron Lins, and Janine Godfraiux-Leystra as the three members on the Town's committee. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed,
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve Ordinance 2006-01 which approves the closing of Gruber’s Grove this summer and fall so the Grove can be dredged. Tom Murphy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to adjourn. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
