Meeting Minutes, 11 May, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:10 pm. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The clerk read the April minutes and treasurers reports which were approved as read.
Phil Gruenlemann asked the board to allow him to combine 2 lots he owns off of Highway O. John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve Phil's new C.S.M. showing one combined lot. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Randy Wilkinson asked the board for permission to build a second home on a 5 acre lot he owns. The lot is zoned Excl. Ag. The board told Randy to check with Sauk County Planning & Zoning.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve a driveway and Ag. machine shed building permits for Tim Lins. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve a 30 ft x 40 ft storage shed building permit for Kim Crary. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve a 40' x 40' horse barn building permit for Roger Foster. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to investigate vacating part of Baum road. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The town's LUC and the board then discussed clarifying some ordnance changes. The board decided to work out changes with the towns LU attorney.
Next, the board opened the sealed road construction bids. John Lichtenheld made a motion to award paving to D.L. Gasser for Otter Creek Road, Guilding Road and Richolson Roads for $48,407.55 and to award Seal Coating of Skunk Valley Road for $3,384.00 to Scott Construction. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Halsey Sprecher made a motion to change the Bender Hearing minutes to show that the board did not go into closed session. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 9.55 pm.
