Meeting Minutes, February 8, 2005
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Supervisor Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the clerk read the January minutes and Treasurers reports which were approved as read.
First issue before the Board was a resident petition concerning the new intersection for hwy 78 and hwy Z. Ron Lins made a motion to support the resident's highway 78 petition. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the board decided to work up specs for a new tractor and to get them to Tractor dealers in time for the dealers to get bids ready for the March meeting.
Next, John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve M.E.L's building inspection rate increases as requested. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next, the board decided to attend the WTA district meeting on March 4, 2005.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to use three election workers at the February elections. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, Ron Lins updated the board on both the airport law suits and the new ambulance building.
Next, Ron Lins made a motion to approve the extra money requested for comprehensive planning. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
