Meeting Minutes, 13 December, 2005
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Supervisor Tom Murphy was absent. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda as written. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the November minutes and treasures reports as written. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The Board started by talking about working with the Otter Creek Ad Hoc Committee to help maintain the Otter Creek and its Surrounding drainage areas. The Committee identifies problems with the area and tries to find solutions to fix those problems. A Otter Creek Ad Hoc Committee meeting is scheduled for Feb. 4, 2006.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to have the Clerk notify land owners along part of Skunk Valley Road of getting a possible repair bill for road damage caused by harvesting equipment using a unauthorized field driveway, and to let the landowners know that new field driveways need to be ok’ed by the Town Board first and a permit issued. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to notify Henry and Greg Elsing that they need to apply for a $50.00 building permit for a barn they are building. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve the 2006 Election Workers list. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next the Board set the Towns caucus date for January 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
Next Halsey Sprecher made a motion to purchase a pressure washer and a floor jack for the towns garage. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Dave Lundgren made a motion to purchase a $100.00 gift certificate from Wyttenbach Meats for Janine Godfraiux-Leystra to thank her for all her extra work on the comprehensive plan. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to adjourn. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
