Meeting Minutes, 10 October, 2006
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Supervisor Tom Murphy was absent. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the minutes and treasurers reports as written. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed with John Lichtenheld abstaining.
First item on the agenda was a Cluster Development request by John and Sharon Wyttenbach. They are requesting Board approval for a Conditional Use Permit and a Preservation Area Easement. The Towns Planning Commission had no objections to their requests. Dave Lundgren made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit request. Ron Lins seconded the the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Then Ron Lins made a motion to approve the Preservation Area Easement request as long as the house site meets the county and town's set back requirements. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next Ralph Luck requested a Farm Consolidation Land Division for land located at 9861 Prairie Road. John Lichtenheld made a motion to approve the land division for lot 1 with the existing house on it and a condition be put on the second lot stating that a C.S.M. must be recorded showing that a future Town Board decision will decide if that second lot is a build able lot or not. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to use 5 full time election workers and 2 part time election workers at the November 7, 2006 election. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next John Lichtenheld made a motion to hold the annual budget meeting at 7:00pm on Tuesday November 14, 2006. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to have the Town Clerk send a letter to Bruce Kleinert informing him that filling in a Town road ditch is a violation of Town ordinance. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to approve spending $50,880.00 on monthly bills. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next Ron Lins made a motion to adjourn. Dave Lundgren seconded the motion. Motion passed.
