Meeting Minutes, 10 Feb, 2004
Chairman Halsey Sprecher called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Ron Lins made a motion to approve the agenda. John Lichtenheld seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The clerk read the January minutes and treasurers reports which were approved as read.
The board started by discussing the future of the Sauk County Transfer Station for solid waste. They decided to get more information concerning the Transfer Station before making a decision.
Next, the board decided to study the future of a Rail Road line in the Township and make a decision at a later date.
Next, the board decided to check into Building and Land Use fees and to possibly make changes in the near future.
Next, Ron Lins presented the board with 2 unpaid Ambulance bills. John Lichtenheld made a motion to pay the Ambulance bills which total $631.89. Ron Lins seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Next, the board decided to send Dennis Bender a letter to ask him about his future plans concerning the development of the land off Old Bluff Trail and State Highway 60.
